Class of 2018 - Parent Preview Night

Hello Prospective Parents and Students:

We recently mailed you information about the Ed White IB Program as your students currently meet the requirements for acceptance into the IB Program at Edward H. White High School.  The Ed White IB Program will be hosting our IB Parent Preview Night on November 19th at 6:00 PM.  This night is an opportunity for our Faculty and Administration to showcase our most elite academic program on campus.  We will be providing information about the application process, goals of the program and success stories from our current students.  Our Ed White IB Booster Club will be providing refreshments for those in attendance.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Ben Carter (IB Coordinator) via email at carterb1@duvalschools.org.

Class of 2015 - Pinning Ceremony

Hello Everyone,

The Ed White IB Program is getting ready for our annual IB Junior Class Pinning Ceremony on November 12, 2013 at 7:00 PM.  Along with the Class of 2015, we will be celebrating our Senior, Sophomore and Freshman students for their continued efforts in the classroom.  Class of 2015 Parents are encouraged to attend as they will be the ones pinning their sons and daughters on stage.

This event will take place in the Ed White Auditorium and then will move to Houston Hall, where our IB Boosters will be hosting a dessert reception for all in attendance.  For more information, please click here for more information.  Thanks and see you all out on November 12th!

11th Grade Pinning Ceremony ~ Details!

To: Parents and 11^th Grade Students of Edward H. High School International Baccalaureate Programme

Subject: 11^th Grade Pinning Ceremony

You are cordially invited to attend the 1^st Annual 11^th Grade Pinning Ceremony on Thursday, November 1, 2012 at 6:00 pm in the Edward H. White auditorium. Please come witness and participate in the first International Baccalaureate class accept candidacy into the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.

Dress attire is very important!

• Males: dress pants w/ belt and a shirt with a collar. Shirt tucked in pants, no blue jeans, and nice casual shoes.

•  Female: skirt, dress pants, top, blouse or a dress. No blue jeans nice casual jeans. 

This will be a great opportunity for you to see an aspect of the International Baccalaureate Program in action. Parents we are requesting your presence so you may attach the pin on your student during the ceremony. Please allow us to make this ceremony a success

Ed White IB Programme cordially invites you to the 2012 International Baccalaureate Junior Pinning Ceremony

The Junior Pinning Ceremony is the official induction into the IB Program.  Please join us in recognizing your child’s commitment to the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Since this is our first year as an IB school, our IB parents will be presenting their junior IB candidates with an IB pin as tribute to this dedication.

Volunteers are needed to help with our Hospitality Committee and the small reception planned after the pinning ceremony!!!
