Here are some important dates to keep an eye out for in the Month of October:
October 9, 2014 - University of St. Andrews Visit: Ever wonder what it would be like to go
to a college overseas? What about a school who just celebrated their
600th Anniversary (3rd Oldest University in the English Speaking
World)? The University of St. Andrews (Scotland) will be presenting to
our IB Programme Students (Freshman-Seniors) at 8 A.M. in the
Auditorium. If you would like to preview the school, check out their

October 11, 2014 - NACAC College Fair: The National Association of College Admissions Counselors will be hosting their annual college fair at the Prime F. Osborn Convention Center from 12-4 PM. This is a free event, but they ask that students pre-register so that colleges are more easily able to contact individual students. You can register by clicking HERE
October 15, 2014 - Florida State University Application Deadline: If you are applying to FSU, applications are due for Fall Admissions by this date. Check out http://admissions.fsu.edu/apply/ for applications and information.
October 20, 2014 - Ivy League Information Night: Juniors and Seniors that are contemplating an Ivy League Education - Admissions Representatives from Harvard, Princeton, Yale and the University of Virginia will be presenting and answering questions from 7-9 PM at The Bolles School. October 20, 2014 - End of the Grading Period: Make sure that you are in good academic standing with all of your teachers before this date. Parents please check up on your students grade portal information - Grade Portal Logins and Passwords can be picked up in the Ed White Guidance Office.
October 21, 2014 - IB Pinning Ceremony: Our Annual Induction of the IB Junior Class will be happening in the Ed White Auditorium. Invitations will be sent out too parents and students of all grades to celebrate our students. Light Refreshments will follow there ceremony. We ask that students and parents dress in business casual attire.
